Monolithic structure: more strength, less weight

The skeleton of the new Italica is the single-mold base.

An engineering evolution that brings immediate advantages:

• greater structural rigidity
• superior stability during cutting
• weight reduction of approximately 2 kg

New lengths, more versatility

The range evolves:

• the 75P5 and 93P5 versions are replaced by 81 cm and 101 cm models
• the 101 cm model introduces rear wheels, already appreciated on larger versions

More practicality in movement and greater adaptability to today’s ceramic tile formats.

Improved precision in the most important details

· New 18 cm squaring guide → provides greater support and improves accuracy when making repeated cuts.
· Integrated secondary square (131 and 161 models)→ allows the cutting length to be checked at both ends of the tile.

Integrated ATLAS: always ready, always effective

On models 131 and 161, the standard ATLAS are integrated directly into the machine structure:

• in position → they function as spring-loaded plates to facilitate breaking
• extracted → they externally support slabs, ensuring safety on large formats

New scoring assembly: uncompromising smoothness

The heart of the machine has always been the scoring handle, which evolves significantly:

• adjustable bearings on 3 axes (upper, lower, lateral)
• dynamic adaptation to scoring and breaking movements
• movable bearings to ensure optimal smoothness on all thicknesses
• new, even more ergonomic shape offering improved support for breaking
• force indicators for perfect control of scoring and breaking
• greater scoring power and modularity

Advanced titanium wheel

The new scoring wheel changes from:

• Ø 14 mm to Ø 18 mm
• integrated internal bearing

It improves smoothness, reduces friction and allows even more precise scoring even on difficult materials, ensuring top performance on all materials.

Guiding laser (standard on models 131 & 161): total visual precision

For larger formats, an absolute innovation comes into play: an integrated movable guiding laser

• easily mountable and removable without tools
• compatible with 7 mm and 12 mm crossbars
• slides along the entire machine, enhancing visibility and precision
• USB-C rechargeable battery
• equipped with auto shut-off after 3 minutes to preserve battery life
• mechanical system for scoring reference in case of battery depletion
