MINIFLEXITILE – Mini elettroutensile per il taglio e la finitura di piastrelle

The rotation speed, reaching 19,000 rpm, provides the performance required to handle cutting, finishing and machining operations on ceramic and stone materials. The mini grinder has been designed to become a complete and versatile platform, capable of enhancing the different characteristics of Montolit diamond tools. Thanks to the 20 mm spindle included in the package, the attachment can be extended, allowing small tools with a diameter of 50 mm to be used correctly as well. In this way, professionals can choose the most suitable configuration according to the type of work to be carried out.

MINIFLEXITILE also incorporates various features dedicated to tool safety and control. The battery level indicator allows users to monitor the remaining operating time, while the automatic brake helps make the stages following use safer. A dedicated electronic sensor intervenes in the event of overheating, temporarily switching off the power tool and allowing it to be quickly restarted once the correct operating conditions have been restored. Particular attention has also been paid to ergonomics. The guard can be rotated, ensuring comfortable use for both right-handed and left-handed operators.

Three types of guards are available to adapt to different applications. The metal guard is designed for use with MINI and MIDI FLEXIMONT for grinding or roughing, while the polymer guard is intended for standard cutting operations. The package also includes a double transparent guard, which allows wet working or connection to a dust extraction system, while increasing operator protection when using 50 mm mini discs. MINIFLEXITILE is supplied in its dedicated carrying case, making it easier to transport together with the various tools.

MINIFLEXITILE thus expands the Montolit system dedicated to tile processing: a compact, powerful and configurable power tool, developed to put precision and versatility directly into the hands of professionals.
