This often involves precision work on delicate tiles, where control, ease of handling and the right accessory for each task are essential. MINIFLEXITILE is Montolit’s new compact power tool for professional tilers, designed for use with the Montolit range of 50 mm and 76 mm diamond accessories.
Its compact size and well-balanced design provide a steady grip and precise control throughout the job. This makes MINIFLEXITILE particularly suitable for detailed work that requires precise movements and easy access in tight spaces.

With a rotational speed of up to 19,000 rpm, the tool delivers the performance needed for cutting, finishing and shaping ceramic and stone materials. The mini grinder is designed to handle a wide range of tasks using Montolit’s diamond accessories.
The supplied 20 mm mandrel extends the mounting point so that smaller 50 mm accessories can also be fitted correctly. This gives tilers the flexibility to choose the right set-up for each job.
MINIFLEXITILE also incorporates features for safer operation and greater control. The battery charge indicator shows how much charge remains, while the automatic brake helps bring the accessory to a stop after use. An electronic sensor temporarily shuts the tool down if it overheats, allowing it to restart quickly once it returns to a suitable operating temperature.
The guard can be reversed for comfortable use by both right- and left-handed operators.
Three types of guard are available for different tasks. The metal guard is designed for use with MINI and MIDI FLEXIMONT for smoothing and rough grinding, while the polymer guard is intended for standard cutting. A transparent double guard is included for wet working or connection to a dust extraction system. It also provides additional protection when using 50 mm discs.
MINIFLEXITILE comes in a dedicated carry case for easy transport with its accessories.
