The CPV continuous crown diamond blade is the flagship product for water cutting glass tile, glass mosaic and large glass sheets up to 3 centimeters thick.
Thanks to a special, very fine-grained diamond and the special blend that makes up the diamond crown, CPV Returns optimum cutting finishes by reducing chipping to almost zero Both on the glass surface and on the painted part of the tile.
CPV is a decidedly superprofessional record. Manufacturers of ceramic and glass wall tiles also suggest using this particular diamond blade to avoid cracking breaks or chipping during the delicate cutting process.
From the point of view of forward speed, we can say that it is among the highest on the market.
When using a glass diamond wheel, a diary dressing of the diamond crown with special white paste dressing stones (see art. 395B by Montolit) is always essential. We also recommend reviving the disk several times a day in order to avoid damaging the blade.
CPV is available in different diameters starting from 100mm to 350mm.
Abundant use of water is unavoidable when using water diamond discs for in the cutting of glass tiles or sheets of any thickness.
Numerous videos and articles on how to use this product can be found on Montolit’s YouTube channel and in the Tiler’s Blog section of this website.
