DESCRIPTION

Superlift: multifaceted frame for handling the latest generation of ceramic slabs that have become increasingly large and heavy.
Made of telescopic steel tubing (the only one on the market) then galvanised, it guarantees even the most ‘critical’ or thin slabs maximum rigidity, preventing flapping or bending that is harmful to the slab but above all dangerous for the operators (slabs before being laid can be lifted, turned, put upright, carried on ladders, etc.).
Superlift can be easily disassembled for ease of transport and is fully modular, allowing it to take on a variety of configurations depending on the shape and characteristics of the workpiece to be handled. In addition to the standard configuration with 4 suction cups, other extra suction cups can be added for special processes or materials that can be positioned anywhere on the frame.
The suction cups, fundamental components of Superlift, are large (200 mm) and have a double warning system,

by means of an analogue vacuum gauge and linear indicator on the pump. Made of non-marking rubber, they are easily positioned in any position on the frame as required. The system of clamps on the bars and suction cup holders makes ‘shaping’ the frame very quick, precise and safe.
The handles at the ends of the bars are ergonomic and made of non-slip rubber, and have special plastic supports to facilitate the vertical approach of the slab to the walls while avoiding scratching the floor.
The telescopic handle system allows the handling of slabs with lengths of up to 380 cm.
The use of supports with wheels for transporting the slabs on wheels and spreading the glue constitutes a complete kit for handling and positioning the slabs.
