DESCRIPTION
Gecko Robot is a battery-powered robotic system for lifting and handling slabs.
Equipped with an electric motor and built-in battery charger, it ensures careful and precise handling of heavy loads.
Dual-circuit suction cups with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg can be safely operated by one person.
Features:
– Hydraulically operated telescopic arm with 920 mm extension (all controls are on the handlebar), allows extreme precision in load movement.
– Lifting capacity with fully retracted telescopic boom 500 kg.
– Lifting capacity with fully extended telescopic arm 190 kg.
– Maximum lifting height 3.25 m.
– Hydraulic boom drive from handlebar controls.
– Telescopic arm joint allowing it to pass through doors (80cm).
– Manual rotation of the suction cup frame in all directions.
– Manual lateral translation of the suction cup frame of max 120 mm to facilitate laying.
– Rear drive wheels, (0 -5 km/h) electrically operated (handlebar controls with rear emergency stop for user protection) for forward/reverse movement.
– Front wheels with adjustable wheelbase (723 / 1053 mm).
– 6 suction cups, 250 mm diameter, made of red non-marking rubber with double safety circuit and built-in battery.
– Suction cups with adjustable horizontal and vertical positioning/spacing on the frame.
– Control/drive suction cups using hand control and/or remote control.
